Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Officer with strong drafting and litigation skills to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, protecting company interests, and advising on a wide range of legal matters.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day legal affairs of the company. Draft, vet, and review various legal documents including agreements, contracts, MoUs, and legal notices. Provide legal opinions, risk assessments, and strategic advice on business decisions.
Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, regulatory, and industry-specific laws.
Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external legal counsel.
Liaise with regulatory bodies for license renewals, statutory filings, and compliance matters.
Maintain legal documentation, monitor potential legal risks, and ensure contract compliance across departments. Keep management updated on regulatory changes
