• Age At least 45 years

• Minimum 15 years of experience in land and asset legal matters.
• Proven track record handling land documentation, mutation, deed registration, and related vetting.
• Experience in real estate legal matters is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with government offices and internal teams.

Work Expectations

• Must be able to attend the office at least 4 days each month for legal review and discussion.

Preferred Background

• Legal professionals from land management, asset administration, or real estate sectors are encouraged to apply.

• Handle and oversee legal cases related to land ownership, disputes, and acquisition.
• Examine and interpret old land documents, deeds, and records for legal clarity and compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and verify title documents for both commercial and industrial properties.
• Draft, vet, and review agreements, land deeds, MoUs, and legal notices and ensure full compliance with land laws, mutation procedures, and government regulations.
• Liaise with land offices, legal authorities, and other external stakeholders when required.
