∎ Master of Law (LLM) in Law
∎ Training/Trade Course: Bar Professional Training Course

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The desired Associates shall be primarily responsible for dealing with corporate as well as litigation matters, including but not limited to:
∎ Providing specialist legal advice (Legal Opinion) on various legal issues on labour law, corporate law, criminal law, civil law, company law, etc.
∎ Vetting various legal documents such as deeds, agreements, policies, undertakings, etc.
∎ Drafting and preparing various legal documents.
∎ Conducting meetings face to face as well as virtually with corporate, foreign and private clients, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4- 6 years (for position 1) and 1-2 years (for position 2) working experience in law firms/chambers or as in-house counsel in MNC/Bank/FI.
∎ Membership with the Bangladesh Bar Council (preferred).
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office and other digital platform/tools. Excellent analytical ability and critical thinking
