∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh land law, registration rules, and property transfer regulations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Land Documentation & Verification:Review and verify all legal documents related to land, including but not limited to title deeds, khatians, porcha, mutation papers, dalil, and land tax receipts.Examine chain of title and ensure clear, marketable ownership.

∎ Legal Due Diligence:Conduct thorough legal due diligence before property acquisition or lease.Identify legal risks related to land and advise management on mitigation strategies.

∎ Drafting & Vetting:Draft and vet land-related contracts and agreements, including sale deeds, lease agreements, power of attorney (POA), gift deeds, and MoUs.Prepare and vet affidavits, declarations, and undertakings.
