∎ Master of Law (LLM) in LLB

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
∎ Good experience in recruitment understanding target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, and negotiating candidates.
∎ Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
∎ To handle criminal court mainly but also have to deal with Civil court & labor Court cases.
∎ Have to visit branches, Labor Court, Judge Court, High Court, and any other government/non-government office
∎ Have to draft different letters, Legal notices & Deeds
∎ Drafts assesses, analyzes, negotiates, and finalizes contracts and agreements.
∎ Develops, implements, and maintains asset protection strategies and legal risk.
∎ Helps to guide and shape policy regarding personnel.
∎ Advises staff on intellectual property and privacy law.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Bar Council Membership will add an extra advantage.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Criminal law, ICT act, and Copyright law.
