∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To co-ordinated with Accounts Department to prepare an annual audit report with tax compliance.
∎ Maintained records & register and relevant documents confirming to Income tax law. Manage all Corporate Income Tax in the right manner and Tax planning for assessment of Company.
∎ Represent as a company representative for hearing, assessment & settlement of VAT/TAX related issue with Govt. authorities and resolve for the best interest of our Company.
∎ Keeping track of legal issues and cas
∎ Maintain and archive necessary Legal documents, files and registers.
∎ Follow company rules and regulations properly
∎ To maintain proper routine plan for daily work.
∎ To research client needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
∎ To investigate and resolve queries from customers.
∎ Support to any tax related tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must be enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council
