Experience:

• 8 to 14 years

• Bachelor of Law (LLB) with Bar Council Certification.

• 8 to 14 years

• Age 40 to 50 years

• 8 to 14 years at Dhaka Judge Court.

• Bangladesh Labor Law, Civil Law, Company Law, Criminal Law, Tax Law.

• As a Legal Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our legal team, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and providing support in Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna etc.

• Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, managing legal documentation, relevant laws and regulations.

• Candidate must have excellent negotiation skills and must be good with computers.

• Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.

• Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies.

• Liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office.

• Make a list and regular update of signed / executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry / renewal of each agreement.

• Time to time report to the Company Management.

• Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.

• Good knowledge of Industrial & Criminal Laws.

• Salary monthly basis
