∎ Ability to plan, implement, and manage any project/task individually.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cambrian International College of Aviation (CICA) is a pioneer aviation College in Bangladesh providing high-tech, research, innovation, and skills-based education since 2012. To meet the requirement of our growing demand, we are looking for two lecturers in the Aeronautical Engineering Department.
∎ Should come prepared for taking the class with appropriate Training Aids.
∎ Demonstrate practical classes in lab/hanger, must prepare a Brief (Lecture plan) on the specific course before the start of class as required by Pearson BTEC EDEXCEL.
∎ Distribute Slides, class notes, and briefs to students whenever required.
∎ Take exams when needed and take lab classes according to subject demand.
∎ Collect assignments from students and evaluate them.
∎ Make Tracking Sheets as required.
∎ Make a monthly batch-wise evaluation sheet.
∎ Attending Academic Meetings as required.
∎ Organize and accompany students on Training Visits.
∎ Conduct a minimum of 2 classes in a day.
