• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Certified Supply Chain Professional

• Age 35 to 45 years

Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage complex supply chain networks across multiple product categories .Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools will be preferred.

1. Distribution & Logistics Management

• Lead and manage nationwide inventory, distribution and logistics operations to ensure timely product delivery.

• Optimize warehouse-to-market delivery networks to improve efficiency and service levels.

• Develop logistics strategies to support business expansion and demand growth.

2. Transport & Vehicle Management

• Oversee company transport operations including fleet planning, vehicle utilization, and maintenance.

• Ensure optimal routing, fuel efficiency, and cost control in transportation operations.

• Implement monitoring systems to track fleet performance and improve operational efficiency.

3. Local Procurement

• Manage local sourcing and procurement activities to ensure availability of required materials and services.

• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and service levels.

• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

4. Business Excellence & Operational Performance

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

• Establish and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance.

• Implement best practices and operational standards to improve efficiency and service quality.

5. OPEX & Cost Optimization

• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs across logistics, transport, and inventory.

• Monitor supply chain operational expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.

• Support strategic decisions with cost-benefit analysis.

6. End-to-End Supply Chain Analysis

• Analyze supply chain data, demand patterns, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.

• Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

• Ensure alignment between supply chain operations and overall business objectives.

7. Inventory Management & Sales Forecasting

• Oversee inventory planning and stock optimization across warehouses and distribution centers.

• Collaborate with sales and production teams for demand planning and sales forecasting.

• Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid both shortages and excess inventory.

8. Process Improvement

• Lead initiatives to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Implement automation, digital tools, or modern supply chain practices where applicable.

9. Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Management

• Work closely with Sales, Production, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.

• Lead supply chain transformation projects and operational improvement programs.

• Mentor and develop supply chain team members.
