∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CARGO, Courier, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to achieve the target
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services in cargo and Courier sector.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs with Principal office.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise team.
∎ Conduct regular competitive analysis on cargo and courier market to ensure that the company is well-positioned against competitors.
∎ Involvement in physical branding activities.
∎ Developing a sales force to make the cargo and courier market share larger and sustainable, contributing to team targets and monitoring the sales team and meeting

Additional Requirements:
∎ He/She would be the new business hunter with a proven track record of generating, negotiating and converting new business.
∎ Team player with strong English communication skills for effective interaction with GSA principals and partners
∎ Able to build a good deputy to work independent during his absence
∎ Be a Mentor
∎ Think out of the box
∎ Create and communicate the sales team's vision & mission
∎ Continuously manage and upgrade the sales process, and measure performance.
∎ Detailing your sales process from beginning to end.
∎ Best practices for "wins."

∎ Capturing ideas, goals, stories, and many other bestselling practices in Sales

Salary: Negotiable
