Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Marketing Team in Bangladesh, setting clear, measurable goals.
∎ Craft comprehensive strategies for all marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, BTL, and PR.
∎ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the marketing department.
∎ Design and implement branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
∎ Ensure consistency of our brand message across all channels (events, email campaigns, web pages, media buying, and promotional materials).
∎ Identify opportunities for expanding market share and reaching new market segments.
∎ Set, monitor, and report on team goals to meet business objectives.
∎ Coordinate efforts between sales and marketing to enhance brand awareness.
∎ Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
∎ Participate in quarterly and annual planning to shape company objectives.
