Email Marketing, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Mailchimp, Salesforce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
∎ Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
∎ Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls to action.
∎ Build and maintain a database of leads and seller information.
∎ A/B test email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
∎ Monitor and report on email marketing metrics and KPIs.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and email marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and email marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving targets.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
