Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events
∎ Qualify and prioritize leads based on their potential for business opportunities
∎ Contact potential clients to introduce our products and services and schedule meetings with the sales team
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
∎ Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective lead-generation strategy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
∎ Strong work ethic and desire to succeed in an outside environment
∎ Tech Savvy to manage all the hunts, leads, status & reports.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
∎ Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
