The Lead – Corporate Sales (Defense Segment) will be responsible for driving institutional and defense-related sales by building strong relationships with defense organizations, project authorities, and procurement bodies. The role requires deep understanding of defense procurement processes, project-based selling, and the construction materials ecosystem, with the ability to translate organizational capabilities into long-term strategic partnerships within the defense sector.
Lead corporate and institutional sales initiatives for Defense Projects
Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for construction materials across defense infrastructure projects.
Drive revenue growth through project-based sales, long-term contracts, and rate contracts.
Liaise with defense procurement authorities.
Ensure compliance with defense procurement policies, documentation, and approval frameworks.
Build and sustain long-term relationships
Act as a single point of contact for key defense accounts from pre-bid to execution stage.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of defense projects.
Support project planning, material scheduling, and delivery commitments aligned with defense timelines.
Track upcoming defense infrastructure projects, modernization programs, and procurement plans.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards, governance policies, and confidentiality norms required for defense-related business.
