Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicants have to be master in vetting of property documents irrespective of leasehold and freehold land of different area.
∎ Applicant have to have excellent drafting skill of different types of deeds, agreement(s),
∎ Applicant must be able to vetting of different types of agreements.
∎ Applicant should have capacity to keep liaison with the related parties including land offices.
∎ Applicants have to have good command both in writing & speaking in Bangla and English language.
∎ Applicants have to be skilled in MS Word & Excel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Applicant shall obtain relevant work experience as well as to complete Aminship Course.
∎ Applicant must have the membership of Bar Council.
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lawyer, Land
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
∎ Applicant must have knowledge in Law of Contract, Transfer of Property Act, The Registration Act, State Acquisition Tenancy Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain.
∎ The applicant must have 3 (three) years experience at reputed Corporate Law Chamber in documentation field.
