Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 40 years

• At least 2 years experience in the field of legal work      

• Capacity to communicate advocacy messages     

• Good command over English   

• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team        

• Ability to organize and contribute to discussions     

• Ability to undertake frequent filed travels        

• Computer literacy skills (MS word, power point, internet).

Policy/legal research, Serve and follow up letters given under the Right to Information Act. Prepare petitions, applications and other legal documents, Field visits and support the team, exchange/exposure visits Attend meetings and take note.

Responsibilities:

• Official assignments shall include undertaking policy/legal research, serve concern notices and legal notices, serve and follow up letters given under the Right to Information Act       

• Prepare petitions, applications and other legal documents, appear before courts, tribunals, commissions, administrative, local elected or general people’s bodies        

• Undertake field visits and support the team to implement the activities as per the agreed plan and quality        

• Required to participate in meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, training programs, exchange/exposure visits        

• To attend in the project coordination meetings.
