• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)

Advocate from the Bangladesh Bar Council (Barrister will get preference)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Law Firm

• Age At least 26 years

- Advocate from the Bangladesh Bar Council (Barrister will get preference)

- Consulting work experience with BIDA, RJSC, BEZA, BEPZA, Labour Department

- Well knowledge about Labour Law, Company Law, Contract Law, BIDA Policy, Import Export Law, Visa Policy, Foreign Exchange Policy, HR Policy

- Good knowledge of English or Japanese; able to have good spoken and written skills is required

- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office is required

- Must have working experience in any Corporate Law Chamber

- Ability to work independently and in a professional manner

Providing the following legal service as a member of our team 

- Legal consulting service related to Business entities including incorporation, license/permission application

- Legal Research

- Case law research

- Legal Opinion

- Drafting Contracts and Legal Documents

- Translation of documents

- Public Relations as necessary

- Communicate with the government organizations

- Provide opinion about Labour Law, Company Law, Contract Law, BIDA Policy, Import Export Law, Visa Policy, Foreign Exchange Policy, HR Policy

- Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
