Minimum 05 (Five) years of professional experience in Legal Division of any Bank/ Law Chamber/ Individual Court Practice on related job field as required.

We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Law Officer - Legal Division.
Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Job grade: OFFICER - FAVP
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide legal opinion to different departments/divisions and branches on various legal issues & vetting of various agreements, written statement, auction notice/sale notice, bank guarantee, plaint etc.
- Initiate legal actions (civil and criminal) against defaulting customers to recover outstanding claims, including appearing in court, signing documents and giving testimony to follow up with panel lawyers and courts.
- Take necessary steps to manage, resolve and monitor legal proceedings such as injunctions, stay orders, money suits, appeals, reviews and other cases filed by or against Prime Bank.
- Ensure the panel lawyers take appropriate actions for the early resolution of all cases favoring Prime Bank.
- Conduct regular meetings with all stakeholders and maintain and update MIS records from courts and lawyers.
- Visit various courts including the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, as needed for case follow-up and persuasion.
