Education:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM).
∎ Must have L.L.B with L.L.M from any UGC approved reputed University having no Third class/Division in academic career.
∎ Enrollment as a member of Bar council will be given preference.

∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Should have good writing skills in preparing reports both in English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent computer literacy is must.
∎ Experience traveling and managing cases in different District Courts.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure filing of all suits/cases within the limitation period.
∎ Providing legal opinion on any disputes arising out of day-to-day operational issues.
∎ Drafting and Checking various types of commercial agreements/MoU/SLA etc. to be entered into with business partners/vendors/3rd parties.
∎ Candidate will be responsible in full time for organizational litigations mainly land and civil matters.
∎ Must be able to vet contracts and land documents. Drafting different legal documents.
∎ When dealing with land matters, he / she will be required to see, check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds bia-deeds, records, purchase, survey maps, khatians, daags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS etc. mutation documents, tax documents and other legal papers and documents which are essential for the purity and genuinely the purchasable lands and their unhindered, peaceful and hazard free possessions.
∎ Able to draft legal contracts and able to manage those.
∎ Deal with all legal issues related to land disputes, deeds, contracts and other civil matter related.
∎ Must be able to represent the matter in the Tribunal and High Court· Providing legal opinion on different issues.
∎ Must not provide advice or support outside of the business.
∎ Must not undertake any work that would cause conflict of interest.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
