Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business or similar field or Associates degree with equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ land acquisition and identification of properties for joint venture development,
∎ data & Feasibility study for his own way, and final feasibility complete with planning department,
∎ Negotiating land agreements/purchases that fit Company objectives, document by producing complete, accurate written agreements Prospective land visit & meeting with land owners, client complain handling, market survey and different types of documentation.
∎ Finalize the DOA, POA & Sale deeds for joint venture and outright purchase land
∎ Conducting research to analyze value and marketability of land for development purposes.
∎ Creating and analyzing budgets and performs.
∎ Proactive outreach to land owners including mailers and meetings to identify land acquisition opportunities.
∎ Developing positive business relationships with strategic partners including developers and land owners.
∎ Providing leadership to a land acquisition professional.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-10 years business negotiations or land acquisition experience in real estate sector.
∎ Self-motivated energetic, driven and results-oriented.
∎ Demonstrated negotiation skills and results.
∎ Excellent Knowledge of utility and legal documents.
∎ Creative and proactive problem solver; logical decision-making abilities.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
∎ Strong organizational skills;
∎ Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team.
∎ Responsible and professional with strong work ethic, integrity and reliability.
