JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Key Responsibilities
· Campaign Management:
· Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
· Market Research:
· Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
· Content Creation:
· Develop and write marketing copy for newsletters, ads, product pages, and other promotional materials.
· Door to door Marketing:
· Leaflet distribution, Customer Visiting, Searching for new opportunity
· Digital Marketing:
· Manage social media accounts, publish content, and update web content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
· Performance Monitoring:
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and document results to optimize future efforts.
· Collaboration:
· Work with graphic designers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
· Brand Awareness:
· Implement strategies to build and maintain brand awareness and positive brand perception.
· Revenue Generation:
· Need to find new business opportunity on regular basis & importantly you have to ensure business growth by getting parcel business & increasing of in-house customers.

Experience Requirements
· Marketing experience in high volume bengali restaurant, real-estate, consumer goods, beauty-parlor & sweets is an advantage/plus
· Must have experience in digital (Social Media) and door to door marketing
· Able to work under pressure and produce significant result
· Good team player and capable to do multiple task together.
· Able to produce revenue and increase the brand image
