Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to prepare details Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on architectural, structural, electrical & plumbing design and specification.
∎ Capable to prepare labor contractor bill check physically.
∎ Cost analysis for deferent type of works.
∎ Cost estimation for client optional and modification work.
∎ Capable to prepare cost comparison statement when changed specification and rate.
∎ Monthly materials inventory checks physically.
∎ Materials Requisition Slip (MRS) Check as per BOQ.
∎ Site visit as and when required.
∎ Periodic reporting on material consumption at site
∎ Reviewing Architectural , Structural, Plumbing and Electrical drawing considering construction ability
∎ Dynamic and self-motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty
∎ To be used to with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering construction field
∎ At least 4 years' experience in estimation in reputed Real Estate Company.
