∎ Graduate B.Sc in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have expertise on FAR, Project Feasibility and BOQ.
∎ Should have an understanding of Cash flow projection, IRR and financial planning.
∎ Should have expertise in control on cost, specification, quality and monitoring.
∎ Should have understanding of the Real Estate market.
∎ Should have expertise in Project Management.
∎ Should have expertise in co-ordination with consultants, clients, and landowners.
∎ Should have ability to communicate with all levels of management.
∎ Strong leadership skills & team building capabilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure
∎ Strong interpersonal and interactive skill.
∎ Good command over written and spoken English.
∎ Well exposure in Microsoft Office program, and Auto-CAD.
∎ Ability to Assist Logistic Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-15 years of experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Group of Companies
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good team player and capable to do multiple task together.
