Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to manage high quality residential building construction work with basement independently.
∎ Coordination with planning, supplying chain department and vendors.
∎ To be experienced on project planning, scheduling, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating.
∎ To be experienced on quality control, site safety, define the problem and identify the target to improvement.
∎ Ability to coordinate with subcontractors to resolve any technical issue.
∎ The candidate must be able to handle subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and landowners independently,
∎ Ability to check bills submitted by different vendors.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years' experience in real estate sector.
∎ Creative and proactive problem solver, logical decision-making abilities.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills & team building capacities.
∎ Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
∎ Well exposure in Microsoft Office program and Auto-CAD.
