Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Okalotnama, Dag, Khatian etc.)
∎ • To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahsil Office and land dispute court etc.
∎ • To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax & VAT, mortgage,
∎ • To understand and handling land related issues like; Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed, various legal letters/reply against letter/affidavit/agreement/contract/deed etc.
∎ • Should have knowledge in Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, Ensure update of all land related documents including deed, land tax, porcha, khatian, mutation, etc.
∎ • Land acquisition, Liaison with RAJUK, DCC, WASA and other related government agencies
∎ • Land information collection & handle with land media
∎ • Keep good communication with landowner
∎ • Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring new land, Land Development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Those are dealing / purchasing land in corporate office are especially encourage to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
