• Proven experience as a Land Manager or in real estate land acquisition and development.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Land Manager to oversee land acquisition, development, and management for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance, maximize land use efficiency, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage land acquisition opportunities.

• Conduct due diligence including title verification, legal clearances, and zoning compliance.

• Negotiate land purchase agreements and coordinate with landowners and government authorities.

• Develop and implement land management strategies for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize land use.

• Maintain records of land assets, transactions, and legal documents.
