Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Honors/ Masters (LLB//LLM) in any Govt. or private university.
∎ Bachelor Degree in any Discipline (Diploma in Survey).
∎ Skills Required: Land, Land Law, Land Survey

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
∎ Coordinated land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office.
∎ Provide legal opinion & support the company on various kinds of documents & activities.
∎ Vetting different sorts of land related documents.
∎ To do mutation of land other legal documents from related Govt. dept etc.
∎ To Prepare Legal opinion of land for joint venture development.
∎ Make a list and regular update of signed / executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry / renewal of each agreement.
∎ Execute & supervise miscellaneous Project of the company.
∎ Time to time report to the Company Management.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
∎ To prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-cobla deed etc in Bengali & English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience with fair understanding of Land related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
∎ Well groomed
∎ Must have computer knowledge.
