Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Appropriate knowledge on land sourcing, proposal preparation and submission.
∎ Responsible for project highlighting and negotiating with clients.
∎ Land procurement and related affairs of company including leading a team. Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, Far Calculation, calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc regarding land procurement for large and small Projects.
∎ Highly self Capable on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Convincing capacity of handling with the Land owners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Bengali & English.
∎ Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.
∎ Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
∎ Honest and hard working candidates will get preference.
