Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lab technician
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the Testing Laboratory of the Factory
∎ Lead a Lab Team for conducting day to day require of the Testing
∎ Keeps liaison with the Production, Merchant, and Quality for their in time testing result for the Sample or bulk production
∎ Keep Update the entire Lab Testing machine by conducting regular calibration
∎ Keep the record of the Testing Reports & update concern accordingly
∎ Maintain the Compliance issues properly by identifying the hazard and take proper necessary steps to avoid theses
∎ Ensure Internal Quality development & analysis.
∎ Update the Management with the results Findings and methods of the works.
∎ Checking the sample before sending to customer & Keeping records.
∎ Keep all Lab Equipment & record update as per compliance requirement.
∎ Any other task given by the management related with Lab.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

Salary: Negotiable
