Responsibilities & Context:
Core responsibilities:
- Collect samples of feed ingredients and finished products, and perform various laboratory tests to assess quality, nutritional content.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, sample information, and other relevant data.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Monitor and ensure that feed products meet established quality standards.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues related to feed quality or production processes.
- Work with other feed mill staff, including operators and supervisors, to ensure smooth feed production and operations.
