∎ Job Location: SQUARE Apparels Ltd. (Factory), Bhaluka, Mymensingh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish chemical lab for solid dyeing process.
∎ Design & select Machinery to be used in the Lab.
∎ Prepare recipe for dyeing & process sequence to be followed in the Lab.
∎ Practice Research & Development (R & D) activities for reducing dyeing cost.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of machineries, manpower and resources.
∎ Lab Dipping & lead team members to monitor lab dip matching, all types of test and washing effects.
∎ Make annual budget for the laboratory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Capability to build and lead a new department.
∎ Detailed knowledge on machineries.
∎ Knowledge on International Quality Management System and ISO, AATCC & ASTM test methods.
∎ Candidates must have working experience with world renowned buyers.
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla both written & oral.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed time-frame.
