∎ Job Location: Dhaka (occasional field travel)

∎ Band: 4T

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years in relevant occupational experience with international exposure in the development cooperation sector
∎ 3 years of professional experience in educational projects in higher education and/or TVET
∎ Good knowledge of social, ecological and economical sustainability topics and in global supply chains, especially in the textile/RMG industry
∎ experience in communication with federal ministries/ policy advice and in cooperation with other donors would be an asset
∎ ability to work well under pressure and must be a strong team player
∎ must have good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ fluency in English is essential
∎ ability to work in an intercultural environment
∎ good organizational skills and management expertise
∎ strong quantitative skills
∎ willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed - corresponding measures are agreed with management
