Educational Requirements:
∎ Evidence of enrolment in a Master’s program, or completion of a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree;
∎ Hold a British Columbia teaching certification
∎ A minimum of three (3) completed years of successful teaching in British Columbia public, independent, or international schools and at least one year of administrative experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for preparing the class lecture as per the set curriculum
∎ Ensuring on-time delivery with proper guidance and care to the students.
∎ S/he also ensures necessary support to the School Management on managing academic, administrative and co-curricular activities.
∎ Perform any duties that are within the scope of employment and certifications, as assigned by the Principal and CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must hold Canadian teaching certification or be eligible for certification (BEd or PGCE)
∎ Eligible for a Bangladesh work permit with a clean criminal record (for foreign candidates)
∎ Exhibit cultural understanding and a desire to live and work in Bangladesh
∎ Internationally minded and culturally sensitive, with a commitment to developing global citizenship culture
∎ Have extensive experience of curriculum development, programs of study, and assessment methods, and be innovative and creative in applying them in practice
∎ Any experience with the Jolly Phonics Program/Curriculum would be beneficial.
