∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgeted and individual sales volume.
∎ Formulate Key Account planning to serve targeted market/segments through proper sales visits, product positioning, and follow-up, geared to grow & existing customers with sustainable growth play an integral part in maintaining long-lasting relationships. Retain & Grow SoW of the existing Key Accounts.
∎ Responsible for both topline and bottom line of Key Accounts. Convert major competitors’ Key Accounts into the business. Identify potential new accounts and opportunities to develop an existing business.
∎ Manage Account Receivable, Achieve Contribution Margin, leading the negotiations within company’s policies & budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent in Selling skills & Negotiation skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
