  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role. 

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. 

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills. Knowledge of the logistics or courier industry is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business prospects within the key account segment.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to pinpoint growth opportunities.

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Implement retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Negotiate and renew contracts with key clients, securing mutually beneficial terms.

  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contract agreements.

  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on account status, sales activities, and potential risks.

  • Prepare and present reports on key account performance to senior management.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotions for key accounts.
