Responsibilities & Context:
1. Key Account Management
Account acquisition, Manage and nurture assigned key enterprise and institutional accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the single point of contact for key clients, addressing business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop long-term relationship strategies to maximize account value and lifetime revenue.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify, approach, and onboard businesses, merchants, SMEs, institutions, and service providers to Nagad’s platform.
Promote Nagad’s merchant payment, collection, disbursement, and other digital financial solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
3. Sales Execution & Market Coverage
Conduct daily field visits, market mapping, and lead generation within assigned territory.
Execute sales plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to supervisors.
4. Product Promotion & Education
Educate merchants and business clients on Nagad products, features, pricing, and benefits.
Assist merchants in understanding QR payments, collections, payouts, and digital adoption.
Encourage cashless transactions and increased wallet usage.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, onboarded merchants, and client interactions.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to supervisors.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during onboarding.
6. Compliance & Policy Adherence
Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank regulations, KYC requirements, and Nagad policies.
Follow ethical sales practices and company guidelines at all times.
