Responsibilities & Context: Bitspearhead Limited, which is an advertisement technology company and acts as an aggregator, started its journey in the year 2016. Since its inception, it has been leveraging digital marketing solutions through disruption and innovation (Introduce First-time 3D advertisement technology on Live Cricket match in Bangladesh) of its myriad product solutions.
We are the official re-seller/exclusive partner for Bigo (IMO, Likee), ESPN Cric Info, MIQ, POKKT, Sizmek, Yahoo in Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
- Study and understand all the digital platforms (e.g IMO, Likee, ESPN, MIQ, POKKT, Yahoo, Verizon, & Sizmek). This required constant persuasion for Knowledge enhancement & effort and attending different workshops/Training sessions.
- Develop business development plans in coordination with Team Leaders to achieve revenue goals.
- Research the market for identifying new business opportunities and create a business proposal for new and existing customers.
- Explain to prospective clients about the company’s digital platforms and follow up with them to close the business deals.
- Ensure and fulfill company’s key Sale Objectives (Revenue, Reach, Acquisition of new customers, Customer satisfaction, etc)
- Ontime submission of Sales Score Card and performance progress report.
- Develop strong customer relationships with designated customers. Manage client calls and organize appointments effectively for new opportunities.
- Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor campaign execution /performance delivery, address the key challenges and provide solutions as necessary.
