Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and other written materials related to various aspects of urban planning.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to clients, stakeholders, and participate actively in public meetings and consultations.
- Design and manage Geographic Information System (GIS) databases, create base maps, and produce other visualizations to support data analysis and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to integrate diverse perspectives into urban planning projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of urban planning projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure all urban planning activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies by incorporating innovative approaches and technologies.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in urban planning.
- Assist in preparing proposals and bid documents to secure new projects.
- Monitor and communicate with the field team and oversee the field operation.
