∎ B.A (Hon's), B.Sc. (Hon's), BBA, BBS: Bangla, English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Accounting, Religion, Arts & Crafts, Sports & Physical Education.
∎ B.A (Hon's), B.Sc. (Hon's), BBA, BBS.
∎ Minimum Graduation for the Pre-section and junior Section teachers and Post-graduation in the relevant subject for the Senior Section teachers (*Academic requirements may be waived in the case of exceptionally deserving candidates with prior experience)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Teaching/ Training
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing lesson plans (LP) and taking regular classes according to the LP.
∎ Preserving students' lists both on/offline.
∎ Develop plans & help in the implementation of the new curriculum, syllabus, lesson plan, etc.
∎ Checking students' copies.
∎ Evaluating students' progress continuously.
∎ Writing students' Diary (wherever applicable).
∎ Preparing exam questionnaires and checking answer scripts.
∎ Providing feedback to students.
∎ Communicating with the parents.
∎ Participating in Training, workshop, etc. organized by BIS.
∎ Sharing BIS's events or programs on social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
∎ Performing different roster duties.
∎ Attending and volunteering in different programs at the school.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Speaking skills will get priority and a high salary for the English Version section.
∎ English Speaking, Presentation, Debating, Scouting, or any extra-curricular activities.
∎ Designing Syllabus & Lesson Plan, Assessment, Preparing Materials, Class Control & Management.
∎ Having some professional certifications like B.Ed., M.Ed., ELT/TESOL, IELTS, TOEFL will be an added advantage.
Salary:
∎ 10000-25000
