Job Context:
∎ Department: UMS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow up, monitor & reporting the IT support/ Service Desk
∎ Identifies and resolve systemic issues to prevent them from repeating
∎ Existing "University Management System", "Orbit Online Classroom Platform" and others existing application monitoring, reporting and student-faculty service-related issue.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic knowledge about HTML, CSS, Javascript
∎ Microsoft Officer Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
∎ Good at computer browsing and internet surfing.
∎ Good communication skills for Bangla and English.

Salary: Negotiable
