Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive primary & Secondary sales
∎ Expanding the Market coverage through distributors & new outlets
∎ Distributor & outlets management
∎ Sales Representative / Brand Promoter management
∎ Ensure product availability in the market
∎ Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Field Sales, dealing with dealers will get Preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Verbal Communication Skills.
∎ Negotiation Skill.
∎ In depth knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
