Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to visit Garments Trims & Accessories markets (OUTDOOR) and convince sellers for Online Account Registration
∎ Prospective candidates should have 1/2 years experience in the Garments and Textile area to achieve the sales (seller registration) target
∎ Schedule meetings with upper management in case they are not at the office/market
∎ Develop relationships with Sellers & Buyers
∎ Conduct customer surveys and collaborate with sellers to understand and record their feedback, and suggestions for Baazrr marketplace
∎ Take photographs of sample products and/or bring samples to the office
∎ Should be vigilant and recommend sales strategy improvements
∎ Ability to travel for corporate meetings & market visits
∎ Help organize marketing events & prepare promotional presentations
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports and submit them to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as necessary
∎ Coordinate daily status with the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ POSITIVE MINDSET
∎ Able to work under pressure and challenging environment
∎ At least 1/2 year(s) experience in Garments and Textile accessories Sales & Marketing
∎ Independent
∎ The ability to take and edit product photographs is a plus
∎ Must have excellent (written and spoken) communication, analytical, and presentation skills
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computers including MS Office Internet, Email
∎ Must have some knowledge of how e-commerce websites work
∎ Good navigation skills and the idea of Dhaka city areas
∎ Organized
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Commission based on meeting sales target
