Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Ecommerce Image Editing, Graphics Design, Photography, Video Editing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create creative designs for websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, print materials, and other marketing initiatives based on requirements.
∎ Take HQ photographs of e-commerce Garments and textile products and edit product pictures to meet quality standards, especially with adequate lighting.
∎ Edit and optimize product photos for web and print use, maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Adhere to design principles, guidelines, and industry best practices to create visually appealing, user-friendly designs that are optimized for both print and web applications.
∎ Develop and maintain the visual identity of Baazrr.com across all channels.
∎ Conceptualize, and manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
∎ Collaborate with the team to come up with new design ideas and concepts for various projects.
∎ Present design concepts to team members and clients, and make revisions based on feedback.
∎ Design social media banners with captions and graphics to enhance the Baazrr's online presence.
∎ Edit Videos for YouTube with audio sound effects, dialogue, and a soundtrack.
∎ Design for different promotional materials like brochures, flyers, banners, etc.
∎ Update Spreadsheets and other Ad Hoc Tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ HSC/Honor's/Bachelor's Degree in any background from a reputed university (Educational requirements may be flexible with relevant experience)
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Knowledge of typography, color theory, principles of composition and other latest trends and techniques
∎ Previous experience in branding, logo design, and developing visual identities will be a plus.
∎ A portfolio of previous design work (either academic or professional) is a plus.
∎ A strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, marketing materials, and digital design.
∎ Experience in designing for print, web, and various social media platforms.

∎ Note- Upon successful completion of internship with full reqs, a full time opportunity may be given to the prospective candidate
