Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist sales executives in managing and converting prospective clients.
∎ Schedule and coordinate meetings between sales executives and prospective clients
∎ Prepare necessary materials and information for sales meetings, including client needs and preferences
∎ Keep records of project measurements and client specifications
∎ Support sales executives in creating budget proposals and other documentation
∎ Follow up with clients to gather feedback and provide additional information as needed
∎ Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, meeting schedules, and sales progress
∎ Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth execution of projects
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
∎ Provide administrative support to the sales team as required
