Responsibilities & Context:

This Position will be responsible for direct implementation, supervision, monitoring and quality ensuring of materials and construction and any other task assigned by supervisor.

  • Check the status of the facilities on daily basis and make detail fixing plan

  • Check the construction materials quality and communicate to your supervisor for any irrelevant issues

  • Initiate the PRs for any works and ensure the price are relevant to the market

  • Check the work done by the contractors and recommend any modifications

  • Prepare the daily report and communicate to your supervisor and ensure the information are reached to Cox bazar team

  • Communicate to the camp coordinator for any work need to be communicated to CiC or sector partners

  • Keep the record of the project document and any other related documents and ensure reached

  • Involved in site selection for facilities construction

  • Keep information flow smooth through involving the zone coordinator

  • Communicate the branch level support staff and ensure the smooth communication for any related issue

  • Work with other partners staff for the coordination maters

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
