Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Annual Budget according to different segment of products.
∎ Prepare of Quarterly Strategic Plan.
∎ Monitor monthly P&L statement.
∎ Evaluate Cash Flow monthly basis.
∎ Monitor Institutional Sales.
∎ Prepare model wise product branding plan.
∎ Generation of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Develop and preparation of product manuals and training manuals for the assigned product groups.
∎ Train of the sales team on assigned new products.
∎ Monitor of the sales against the target and devising appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecast of assigned product range.
∎ Collect market information and develop market for new product Iines
∎ Organize field demonstration, operator training program for new products
∎ Execute of any other work assigned by the superior and management.
