• Experience in the Debate Club, robotics, or having relevant technical publications will be appreciated.

Job Context:

Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Ltd. is a reputed mobile manufacturing company in Bangladesh. We are looking for a Junior Process Quality Engineer who will play a key role in monitoring and improving the production process, ensuring that all products meet product quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review production data to identify potential causes of defects and suggest process improvements.

• Maintain quality control records and equipment maintenance schedules for all production lines.

• Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve process issues before they become serious issues.

• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

• Participate in new model launches and process audits; identify process loopholes and suggest corrective measures.

• Build and guide a QC team with ownership, efficiency, and team spirit.

• Supervise and train inspectors to detect hidden process problems and support production teams for improvement.

• Implement new management concepts and inspection methods to improve QC performance.

• Develop and implement QC assessment and reward systems to encourage team excellence.

• Handle emergency issues related to product quality and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor process quality during mass production, perform statistical and failure analyses, and ensure target quality levels.

• Review and validate changes in manufacturing processes, equipment, and test plans.

• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production quality and system efficiency.

• Optimize PQC and OQC inspection standards and sampling plans to ensure product quality consistency.
