Carbarn is a global vehicle exporter/importer with hubs in Japan, Australia, and Bangladesh. We run country-specific websites, automated marketing, and a transparent buying process (auction + Carbarn inspection reports). We’re expanding our Dhaka team.
Start with day-to-day operations to learn the business. As you grow, use basic software skills to help build automations across marketing, development, accounting, and call-centre workflows.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Daily ops: check website content/listings, basic data entry/QA, organize docs, (invoices, BL/JEVIC), simple reporting in Sheets, content writing for SEO, accounting.
Assist with social/ads ops (upload creatives, schedule posts), respond to templated WhatsApp queries.
Run “duty & tax” checks and shipping schedule updates.
Document processes and spot small improvements.
Build small automations (e.g., Google Sheets → JSON, simple Python or JS scripts).
Support marketing automation (bulk captions, video from photos, posting flows).
Help product/dev with basic QA, bug triage, and simple API checks.
Support call-centre workflows (template replies, routing rules, knowledge base updates).
Clear thinker, high concentration, strong attention to detail.
Comfortable with English & Bangla communication.
Good with Google Sheets/Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot basics).
Fast learner; enjoys documenting and improving processes.
Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Python.
Familiar with social platforms (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Business).
Basic understanding of APIs/JSON, or willing to learn.
Interest in cars is a plus.
Dhaka Banasree office (on-site; full-time).
Collaboration with AU/Japan teams.
