Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle/MySQL) language and DB Backup process.
∎ Proficient in OS architecture, Linux, Windows, and so on, and related commands

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuration, maintenance, and execution of batch jobs and other related duties during EOD, Month-end, Quarter-end, Half-year end, and Year-end of Core Banking Applications (Conventional & Islamic) and the Treasury system.
∎ Roaster duty (365/24/7) for monitoring & maintenance.
∎ Solving issues during any EOD process and communicating accordingly to escalate if required.
∎ System, DB, and CBS Service status monitoring, maintenances, and backup (L1).
∎ Efficiently ensure smooth CBS support service escalation required from CHO & Branches.
∎ Log keeping and monitoring, and housekeeping activities on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis.
∎ Ensure DB & Systems synchronization over cross-functional platforms and report servers.
∎ Additional duties may be assigned as and when required.

∎ Strong time management skills with the ability for multitasking
∎ Reliability and overall good communication skills, excellent written and spoken English.
∎ Well-developed logical thinking capabilities
∎ Able to work in a flexible shift schedule.
