Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Glass & Ceramic Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adjustment of different size of sorting & packing machine
∎ Sorting & Packing defect analysis & solution
∎ Capable of sizer & planar calibration
∎ Make shifting production report, break-down report & maintain log book
∎ Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the section head
∎ Planning for the upcoming product and prepare sampling with the coordination of related department like Laboratory
∎ Give instructions to the operators to perform well and try to avoid break downs
∎ Communicate all other section officer for managing and developing work Process and achieve target production
∎ Ensure Cleanliness of the working area and safety of the people related to the section
∎ If any critical problem arises, communicate and solve the problem with the help of related department, like Maintenance Dept., Utility Department.
∎ Make sure all team member are wearing protection equipment to avoid accidents
∎ Take the responsibilities from other operator before starting the shift and Hand over the working progress to other operator at the end time of shifting
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer skill is mandatory
∎ Capacity to manage optimum manpower for uninterrupted production
∎ Problem solving, team working skill
∎ Positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented
